Arsht-Cannon Fund awards grant to HFHK to support bilingual programming

We are thrilled to share that Healthy Foods for Healthy Kids has been awarded a $20.000 grant from the Arsht-Cannon Fund of the Delaware Community Foundation — joining 24 other incredible nonprofits working to support opportunities for Delaware’s Hispanic communities!
This grant will support our initiative: Growing Spanish Language, Curriculum, and Culture in Delaware’s Edible School Gardens. With this support, we plan to expand access to garden-based education that celebrates language, heritage, and hands-on learning—planting seeds of curiosity and connection across the state.
